Bus from Scarborough to L’anse Fourmi – schedule

There are simple things that seem to be made into adversed complexity with the transit system of Tobago. If there are issues with buses not showing up, it should be communicated to prospective users because over 95% of the populous now has a device that can checked for validation.
The majority of drivers are accommodating and efficient, but where are the transponders on the buses to locate and estimate arrival? It appears to me that your organization's perspective is at least there is service, but cares little about users of the service who patiently wait prior and past the scheduled times only to accept the fact no bus is coming.
I have inquired about this situation, and I was told "if it goes up, it will come back because no driver wants accountability of being known where the buses are..." These issues can be averted by use of proper communicated alerts through various means. The improved cost and wider use of IT allows for betterment throughout all environments.
This has been my personal observation over the last 6 months from the many who complain amongst each other, but do nothing constructively to change it. Regards, W S Lewis.
